My professional career began in 1975 as a Corporate Buyer for one of the largest travel retail companies in the world, Duty Free International. I traveled extensively throughout the USA and abroad to select products and negotiate terms with well known luxury gift suppliers. In 2001, I left the travel retail business to establish a new career in real estate. With hard work and dedication, I quickly enjoyed the benefits of becoming a top producer.

Educate – In today's market, a Realtor must have a vast knowledge of real estate law. For example, when selling your home you must provide the buyer with full disclosure about the home. As your Realtor, I provide all disclosures necessary to complete the real estate transaction. I have accrued countless credits hours of continuing education in the areas of fair housing, ethics and legislative updates.
Unique Marketing – With the affiliation of Home Selling Assistance, I can offer my clients six different programs designed to sell their home. Most other real estate companies offer one program and one commission structure even though commissions are negotiable. Our programs are custom tailored to the specific needs of the consumer, adding that personal touch!
Advertise – A high percentage of buyers search for homes online. My listings appear on major websites as well as other brokerage company websites. On Realtor.com, my listings are an enhanced version and highly visible. I still maintain a presence in print media advertising.
